My name is Wei Si. I am an Assistant Professor at the School of Entrepreneurship and Management at ShanghaiTech University. I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from Stockholm University in Sweden.

My research in applied microeconomics examines the economic forces that shape our society. I focus on topics within labor, population, and health economics, with a particular interest in gender, education, and social security. Additionally, my work delves into the economics of science and the drivers of innovation.
